MESSAGE TO SINGAPORE

(Conference at LivinGreens Vegan Restaurant-Singapore, on 19 July 2011)


ALMOST AN ECCLESIASTIC SERMON

Dear Vegan and Not-Vegan Friends of Singapore,
It’s a great pleasure to be here with you and bring a message of health (for the body and for the soul), plus a message of hope in a better world, with more beauty, peace, harmony, happiness and enjoyment.
Sounds almost like a Church prayer, a Mosque sermon or a Buddhist preach.
Every good Catholic, every Christian priest would say the same thing, and every Muezzin would mention the same story, every Buddha monk would use the same nice expressions, and every New-Age member would be tuned along the same line.

THE PROVENIENCE OF A MESSAGE IS FUNDAMENTALLY IMPORTANT

It is quite fashionable and trendy to refill your mouth with words as wellbeing, spirituality, ecology, freedom, nature, love, friendship and so on.
But, in order to understand if such words are really meant, and genuine, and honest, we have got to understand which mouth they come from, and we have got to know about any hidden interest behind them.
When Al Gore talks about climate change, I have very little trust.
When Bill Gates talks about measures to contain disease and poverty I have zero trust, when Henry Kissinger talks about new steps to develop the planet I feel disgusted, knowing the plans he, and the NWO (New World Order), have in mind.

NO HIDDEN POWER BEHIND OUR INITIATIVE

My name is Valdo Vaccaro, I come from Italy, and I give you the warranty and the proof that there is no power, no political party, no country, no church, no Masonic sect, no Zionist group, no economic interest behind this initiative.
We are here for a pure cultural mission in favour of Veganism and of Natural Hygiene.

SOCCER MEMORIES IN SINGAPORE

I’ve been vegetarian since I was a kid, becoming vegan and almost-rawist in the last thirty years.
Pranic and solar breatharian, but also eater of healthy, vital and magnetized foods, as nature has equipped us not casually by a gastrointestinal system.
In the ‘80s I had the pleasure to reside in Singapore and play soccer in the local Premier League.
It lasted four years and I retain a great memory of close friends as the great Rajagopal (Raja), as the nationals Lim Tan Boon and Au-Yong Pak Huang, Ravi Krishnan, and many others, playing with me in teams as Changi Con and Cairnhill. At that time, the Singapore team was able to beat 3-1 Germany, fresh winner of the World Cup, with players as Breittner, Rummenigge, Beckenbauer, etc, in a memorable game at the National Stadium.
It was non rare that I made excellent scores as well, that I jump higher and run faster than opponents twenty years younger than me, as I was over forty.

SPORT INTENDED AS AMUSEMENT AND DEMONSTRATION

Playing soccer for me was not only a form of pure amusement, but also a test.
I liked to proof to myself, and to anybody interested in the physical-spiritual wellness, something very important.
I liked to proof that force, efficiency, resistance, agility, psycho-physical good-shape, do not come absolutely from meat and from animal proteins, but mostly from fruit, vegetables, almonds, nuts, from various seeds, from roots, sprouts and whole cereals.

THIRTY YEARS AGO SINGAPORIANS WERE THINNER AND HEALTHIER

At that time, Singapore was a young Republic, with less people, less luxuries and less high buildings.
I was here when the 25th Singapore Anniversary was celebrated.
At that time Singaporeans were definitely thinner and in better conditions of health.
The promotions and the campaigns in favour of meat and milk had not yet landed.
The aggressive slogans as “Australian beef makes your muscle strong”, or “Enjoy life with refreshing Coke at McDonald’s”, had not yet been placed on all Singaporean buses, and had not yet conquered the new generations, causing them the terrible pathologies and the today’s obscene obesities.
Today, luckily, there is still beautiful people circulating in Singapore, but we know too well that too many people are suffering with diabetes, cancer and kidney dialysis.

A MEMORABLE DURIAN CHALLENGE

I still remember the winning challenge with a dear Chinese-Indonesian friend as John Phan, in a memorable durian-contest, with 11 fruits eaten against his 7 and a half, on a Sunday and sunny day on a Malaysian beach.
The day after, I called him on the phone. His wife Mary told me that he was sick on bed, with high fever. He remained in those conditions for an entire week, while the very same day of Monday, I had other 4 durians.
“Valdo, you are terrible, he cried”. “Do you know that I had never lost a single challenge in my life, both in Singapore and in Indonesia?”. “Come on John, take it easy. You remain an unbeaten champ.
This contest was not valid at all. You are a fish and crab eater, which are serious handicaps. You were simply defied by a vegan fellow equipped with clean intestines. That’s the real point!”

SEVEN HUNDRED YEARS OF HEALTH WITHOUT PHYSICIANS AND WITHOUT DRUGS

The history repeats itself again and again.
Let me remind you that, in the ancient times, Rome, the centre of the world, stayed 700 years healthy, strong, powerful and happy in a magic disease-free situation, without one single medical doctor around, as medicine was totally banned, illegal, forbidden, and medical care was considered a crime.
Anybody doing cures went immediately to jail.
No surgeons, no homeopaths, no hospitals, no pharmacies, no poisoneries (farmakon in Greek language means exactly poison), no synthetic vitamins, no mineral integrators, no reinforced or vitaminized drinks and foods.
The only emergency interventions were made to the injured soldiers by the bandage assistants.
Catone the Censor and the great emperor, and hygiene writer, Marco Aurelio, tell us that fruit, sun, physical exercise, thermal activities, and in particular raw cabbage, were the symbols of the extraordinary Roman health.

YOU CANNOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM PROTEIN CEILING OF 3O GRAMS PER DAY

Thirty years ago, in line with Natural Hygiene and Pythagoras, with Hippocrates and Leonardo Da Vinci, with John Tilden and Herbert Shelton, I taught to all my friends in Italy and in Singapore that little proteins are needed for a healthier life, no more than about 20 grams per day (equivalent to an abundant salad bowl, a slice of melon and some seeds and nuts).
Twenty grams only, and surely not 300 grams per day, as crazily proposed by FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and by diets as Atkins (Low-Crab), Sears (Zone), Agatson (South Beach), D’Adamo (Blood Groups), Montignac (Glicemic Index).
And today the whole world agrees on the fact that every single gram of animal protein, in excess of 24-30 grams per day, becomes a negative biologic bomb inside human body, a spoiler of the blood pH balance, a dangerous acidifier, a calcium robber.

THE DYSBIOSIS AND THE RISING-UP MIASMAS

Today, the world gastroenterology knows very well that every single drop of cadaverine or corpsine, derived from an animal carcase, becomes factor of dysbiosis and intoxication, or a dangerous unbalance between anaerobic-putrefactive-dysbiotic (meat-derived) bacterial flora and saprofit-aerobic-symbiotic (plant-derived) bacterial flora.
Even OMS, FAO, AMA (American Medical Association) agree on all this matter, today.
Even Bill Clinton, new vegan entry, agrees on that.
The disagreement was from Robert Atkins, Michel Montignac, David Servan-Schreiber and Carlo Cannella (Università La Sapienza-Rome), all badly disappeared.
The famous 15 years of longer life acknowledged to vegan people by the world statistics.
A present that many people are still incapable to pick up.

I WAS ONE OF THE FIRST TO DENOUNCE AND UNMASK THE AIDS HOAX

Twenty and more years ago, I remember myself informing people that we were slave of a terroristic and manipulating regime.
I was telling everybody that Aids was the most incredible medical invention of the human history.
At that time, Singapore yellow taxis had an advertisement on their top: “Careful about your dinner companion”.
A real Middle Age climate.
I explained instead that there are no contagious diseases and that people should only learn how to keep relaxed and serene, how to keep clean inside and outside, avoiding to be captured by the daily terror launched by television channels, newspapers and governments about a pathology totally invented by CDC, one of the most corrupted sanitary institutions in the USA.

AIDS IS TODAY REPUDIATED BY ITS OWN DISCOVERER LUC MONTAGNIER

Today, Luc Montagnier, after receiving the Nobel for the Aids discovery, comes back and declares with
zero embarrassment that Aids does not exist and that obviously cannot be transmitted, confirming in other words that all truths expressed and repeated by professor Peter Duesberg (Berkeley University) deserved full credit.
This talk does not concern only Aids, but all bubonic and non-bubonic plagues, including in example herpes genitalis, papilloma virus, blennorrhoea, syphilis.

NO REAL AIDS VICTIMS, BUT THOUSANDS OF SUICIDES CAUSED BY THE AIDS-TERROR

Aids has not caused even one single death in the world. All figures published are nonsense.
People has perished by extreme weakness and by immunity problems, by various pathologies wrongly labelled with the name of Aids.
Nobody knows how many deaths have been caused by Azt, the terrible drug intended for curing Aids itself.
How many suicides by the Aids terror instead? Thousand and thousand.
The millions of African victims of Aids were all tested with Elisa system, and it gave Aids positive response to all malaria diseased fellows. And malaria is not Aids at all.

AS LONG AS THERE ARE BOOBIES AROUND, THE GAME GOES ON

But the terror is still with us.
Fear makes lots of money and the big Aids foundations of Bill Gates and Bill Clinton are getting richer and richer.
After having colonized and deceived The South East-Asia countries, the trick is now repeated with Vietnam, China and India. As long ad there are masses of misinformed and cheatable people, there they are. Nobody can stop them.
Asian markets are very promising. You have got the big numbers there.

WE ARE THE PEOPLE

What is then my message to Singapore vegetarian population?
Do not feel strange, do not feel discriminated, do not feel at the border of the society.
We vegan are the real people, and we are at the centre of the world.

IT IS NOT A QUESTION OF MANICHEISM, BUT OF RIGHT OR WRONG FOOD

We are the wise people, the people with clean blood and clean intestines.
Humans around us are normally doing mistake over mistake, and they represent the critical and sore point, no matter if they are the large majority. It is not a question of manicheism, of division between good people and bad people.
It is a simple matter of placing inside our human stomach the right food which allows us to live all, to live healthy without violence against nature, against the ambience and against other living creatures.
We are obliged to help whoever has difficulties to reach the right track, but he should ask for it.

WE ARE VEGETARIAN BY DESIGN AND BY PROJECT

We are designed as vegan and as rawist fellows. All of us are like that, independently from what we are placing on our plates.
Our blood with an alkaline pH confirms this. The total lack of uricase enzyme to break off the uric acid of meat and fish (28-30 grams per 1 kg), should discourage people from eating meat and fish, to drink coffee and tea as well, should keep them away from these terrible poisons.
Our long, narrow, spongy and complex intestinal tract, with 4,5 million villis that, thanks to many assimilating micro-pages, makes a total absorbing area of 400-600 square meters, equal to a couple of tennis courts, tell us to be vegan.
Our immune system (200 lymphatic nodes along our gastrointestinal tract, ready to get alarmed with a leucocitosis reaction everytime we are consuming meat and wrong cooked food), asks us to be vegan.

THE RIPE FRUIT INFRARED RECHARGE

Our body, in state of perfect shape, releases 6500 Angstrom vibration waves on the Simoneton scale, with a body confirmation of red aura.
The health seeker should never get his vitality lowered by foods with less than 6500 Angstrom.
The human battery gets recharged at its best by:

A) Fresh fruit (which releases infrared vibration recharges, near 10000
Angstrom).
B) Raw vegetables (which release red vibration at 7500 Angstrom.
C) Natural starchy food as starchy vegetables (cauliflowers, Bruxelles,
broccoli, thistles, artichokes), as starchy roots (sweet potatoes, yams,
normal potatoes, carrots, Jerusalem artichokes, beets, turnips, taro) and
whole cereals cooked “al dente” after soaking them in water for few hours.
All these natural stuff offer a quite good resistance to heat and the
vibration force gets sometimes even higher than raw, with a intelligent

SOME COMPROMISE WITH COOKED STARCH

We have got then to be crudist, or better tendentially crudist or quasi-crudist (almost-crudist), with few simple compromises. We have seen that natural starch in potatoes, pop-corn, maize, cereals, chestnuts, water chestnuts, peanuts, legumes, resists pretty well to cooking, provided we do not exaggerate going over the limit of 100 °C (from 120°C on, we have the dangerous phenomenon of acrilamide formation), and provided we never use the disastrous and food-destroying microwave ovens.
Same story with whole pasta and thin crusty little cooked pizzas, with lots of fresh vegetables on them.
Some compromises are often necessary for social reasons and for caloric reasons, and certainly not for protein worries or micronutrient worries, as with any raw-vegan diet we have all the necessary components for health.
We vegan have no weak points, but only special and ideal values, such as the one of B12 vitamin which is generally low, meaning that it is not a pathologic defect to be corrected, but an exceptional situation where we have got a very fluid and healthy blood. All we need to do is to eat often and well, satisfying our good appetite and our love for the delicious food, which can only be natural and pacific.

THE MATTER OF MOTIVATIONS

At the end we will stay all in good health and free from any serious disease.
Is anyhow all that sufficient to stay healthy and happy? The answer is no! We have got to go further and beyond. We have got to cultivate some motivations. We should study, understand, becoming more informed and updated. We should help children, oldies, and in particular the most innocent, unprotected, tormented and massacred creatures in the world, the animals.

FIGHTING FOR OUR OWN HEALTH AND SURVIVAL

We have got to fight all the enemies of our planet. Fighting against the multinationals.
Against the colas (one glass of cola, at a super-acid pH of 2.80, plus caffeine, sugar and phosphoric acid, needs 32 glasses of pure water at pH 7.00 in order to be neutralized).
Against Monsanto, major world polluter, with round-up, OGMs and exclusive non-replicable seeds.
Against Pfizer and Glaxo, and all Big Pharma giants, constantly involved in sickening the world population. Against fast food, cause of dietary misinformation and health disasters.

PEACEFUL RESISTANCE AND NON-VIOLENCE

We would never like to enter in political matters. But in our case it’s impossible avoiding it, since world institutions and governments are more and more involved in food, in drugs and in health and disease matters. The best method will be possibly the one of peaceful resistance and non-violence.
We have got to fight against Bilderberg and Codex Alimentarius, against Bush and Clinton, against Obama and Gore, against Gates and Soros (the killer of Asian Tigers), against Rothschild and Gorbachev, against the Trilateral Commission (Brzezynsky, Kissinger and Rockefeller), against the triangle of power, a geometrical monster which goes from the Vatican (religious power), to City of London (gold power), to the District of Columbia (CIA, Pentagon and military power).
No personal hate against anybody, but a strong opposition versus whoever puts himself in collision route
with freedom, independence, nature, health, climate, animals.

ZEROING THE DESPAIR MEANS HAPPINESS

Professor Viktor Frankl, great Viennese neurologist, engaged against depression and suicide, and survivor from Auschwitz camp, has left to the world his formula for happiness.
When the motivation M is high, it can equal the value of S, so that D becomes equal to zero, and zeroed despair means exactly happiness.

D (despair) = S (suffering, stress) – M (motivation, meaning)

MANY STEPS AHEAD TOWARDS A BETTER WORLD

It is fundamental giving motivation to our life.
Not eating meat, in example, sounds as an important plan of life, a meaningful motivation.
Eating more fruit represents a disobedience to the power which is pushing people far from fruit.
Every step we make in defending weak and unprotected people, animals in particular, represents a step towards happiness and wellbeing, a step towards that kind of better world that all of us are looking for.

MESSAGGIO A SINGAPORE

QUASI UNA PREDICA ECCLESIASTICA

Care Amiche ed Amici vegan e non-vegan di Singapore.
E’ un grande piacere per me essere qui e portarvi un messaggio di salute per il corpo e per lo spirito, nonché un messaggio di speranza in un mondo migliore, con più giustizia, bontà, pace, bellezza e divertimento.
Sembra quasi una predica da chiesa, una preghiera da moschea o un sermone da tempio buddhista.
Qualunque buon prete cristiano o cattolico direbbe le stesse cose, e qualunque muezzin menzionerebbe le stesse parole, e qualunque monaco buddhista userebbe le stesse espressioni.
Persino ogni cardinale della New-Age non si discosterebbe da questa linea.

IMPORTANTE CAPIRE DA QUALE PULPITO ARRIVA UN DETERMINATO MESSAGGIO

E’ di moda, e fa dunque tendenza, riempirsi la bocca con parole auspicate ed attraenti come benessere, spiritualità, ecologia, libertà, natura, amicizia, amore, e così via.
Ma, per capire se tali termini sono realmente genuini ed onesti, dobbiamo comprendere da quale bocca provengono, e dobbiamo pure capire quali interessi economici o ideologici si nascondono dietro tale bel parlare.
Quando Al Gore fa le sue crociate sui cambiamenti climatici, tanto per fare un esempio, ho zero fiducia in quanto dice, indipendentemente dal contenuto del suo discorso.
Quando Henry Kissinger parla sui passi necessari allo sviluppo economico del pianeta, mi viene onestamente il voltastomaco, conoscendo i piani che frullano in testa a lui e al NWO (New World Order).

UNA PURA MISSIONE CULTURALE A FAVORE DEL VEGANISMO E DELL’HYGIENE NATURALE

Mi chiamo Valdo Vaccaro, vengo dall’Italia, e vi do tutte le garanzie e tutte le prove sul fatto che non c’è nessun potere, nessun partito politico, nessun paese, nessuna chiesa, nessuna setta massonica, nessun gruppo sionista, nessun interesse economico dietro la presente iniziativa.
La presente iniziativa rimane, in ogni caso, una pura missione culturale a favore del veganismo e dell’hygiene naturale.

LA CITTA’ DI SINGAPORE MI HA DATO TANTE BELLE SODDISFAZIONI

Sono stato vegetariano sin da piccolo, e vegano quasi-crudista negli ultimi trent’anni. Respirazionista pranico e solare, ma anche consumatore di cibi sani, vitali e magnetizzati, visto che la natura non ci ha dotati a caso di un apparato gastrointestinale.
Negli anni ’80 ho avuto il piacere e l’onore di risiedere a Singapore in continuità, giocando pure a calcio nella Serie A o Premier League locale per quattro anni di seguito.
Serbo il ricordo di amici come il grande Rajagopal o Raja, come i nazionali Lim Tan Boon e Au Yong Pak-Huang, Ravi Krishnan, e diversi altri con cui giocai nelle squadre di Changi Con e di Cairnhill.
Erano i tempi in cui questi giocatori batterono per 3-1 la Germania, fresca vincitrice della Coppa del Mondo, in una memorabile partita al National Stadium.
Non era raro che segnassi pure io i miei goal, che saltassi più alto e corressi più veloce di difensori bravi e con vent’anni di meno, visto che ne avevo quaranta suonati.

SPORT VISTO COME DIVERTIMENTO E COME DIMOSTRAZIONE

Lo sport per me rappresentava non solo un puro divertimento, ma anche un mettersi alla prova.
Volevo dimostrare a me stesso, e a chiunque fosse interessato nel benessere fisico-spirituale, qualcosa di molto importante.
Volevo dimostrare che la forza, l’efficienza, la resistenza, l’agilità, la forma psico-fisica, non arrivano assolutamente dalla carne e dalle proteine animali, ma soprattutto dalla frutta, dai vegetali, dalla mandorle, dalle noci, dai semini vari, dalle radici, dai germogli e dai cereali.

TRENTA ANNI FA I SINGAPORIANI ERANO PIU’ SNELLI E PIU’ SANI

A quel tempo, Singapore era una giovane Repubblica. Ero da queste parti quando si commemorava qui il 25esimo anno dalla sua creazione del paese, ovvero dal distacco dalla Federazione Malese.
In quegli anni la gente era sicuramente snella e in eccellenti condizioni di salute.
Le promozioni e le campagne a favore della carne e del latte, non erano ancora arrivate.
Gli invadenti slogan, tipo “Australian beef makes your muscles strong” ed “Enjoy life with refreshing Coke at McDonalds”, non erano ancora stati piazzati sui bus singaporiani, e non avevano ancora conquistato le nuove generazioni, portando loro i terribili danni e le inguardabili obesità dei nostri giorni.
Oggi, per fortuna, c’è ancora bella gente che circola in Singapore, ma sappiamo pure che troppe persone stanno soffrendo di diabete, di cancro e di dialisi renale.

UNA MEMORABILE MANGIATA DI DURIAN

A quei tempi ricordo ancora la sfida vittoriosa col caro amico cinese-indonesiano John Phan, in una memorabile gara domenicale sul durian, con 11 durian mangiati contro i suoi sette e mezzo, avvenuta su una spiaggia della vicina Malaysia.
Il giorno dopo gli telefonai e, sua moglie Mary, mi disse che era a letto con la febbre.
Rimase in quelle condizioni per un’intera settimana, mentre in quel lunedì stesso io mi sbafai altri 4 durian.
“Valdo, sei terribile!” “ Lo sai che non ho mai perso in vita mia una sfida a durian a Singapore e in tutta l’Indonesia?”
“John”, gli risposi, “Tranquillizzati, rimani tu il campionissimo. Questa sfida non è valida. Tu mangi pesce e gamberi che sono degli handicap. Ti sei misurato con un vegano dagli intestini funzionanti, questo è il punto!”

SETTECENTO ANNI DI SALUTE SENZA MEDICI E SENZA MEDICINE

La storia si ripete a getto continuo.
Permettetemi di ricordare che nei tempi antichi, Roma, la leader mondiale di allora, rimase per 700 anni sana, felice, forte e potente, in una magica situazione di assenza-malattia, senza nemmeno un medico alle calcagna, visto che la pratica medica era totalmente illegale e vietata. Chiunque la praticasse finiva diritto in galera. Niente chirurghi, niente omeopati, niente ospedali, niente farmacie, niente velenie, niente vitamine sintetiche, niente integratori minerali, niente cibi e bevande arricchiti o rinforzati.
I soli interventi di emergenza venivano fatti dagli specialisti in bendaggi, che assistevano i feriti in campo di battaglia. Catone il Censore, e il grande imperatore, scrittore ed igienista Marco Aurelio, scrissero che la frutta, il sole, l’esercizio fisico, le attività termali, e in particolare il cavolo crudo, furono il segreto ed il simbolo della straordinaria salute di Roma per 7 secoli.

NON SI PUO’ SUPERARE IL TETTO MASSIMO PROTEICO DI 30 GRAMMI AL GIORNO

Trent’anni fa, in linea con la Natural Hygiene e con Pitagora, con Ippocrate e Leonardo da Vinci, con John Tilden ed Herbert Shelton, insegnavo agli amici, in Italia e a Singapore, che ci servono poche proteine, non più di 20 grammi al giorno (equivalenti a una terrina di insalata, una fetta di anguria e una manciata di noci e di semini), e non di certo 300 grammi al giorno, demenzialmente auspicati dalla FDA (Food and Drug Administration) e dalle diete successive tipo Atkins (Low-Carb), Sears (Zona), Agatson ( South Beach), D’Adamo ( Gruppi Sanguigni), Montignac ( Indici Glicemici).
E oggi il mondo intero riconosce che ogni singolo grammo di proteina animale, in eccedenza rispetto ai 24-30 grammi, diventa all’interno del corpo umano una bomba negativa, un pervertitore del pH sanguigno, un pericoloso acidificante, un ladro di calcio.

LA DISBIOSI IN ZONA COLON E I MIASMI PUTREFATTIVI CHE RISALGONO

Oggi, la gastroenterologia mondiale sa benissimo che ogni singola goccia di cadaverica o corpsina, derivante da carogna animale, diventa fattore di disbiosi ed intossicazione, ovvero pericoloso squilibrio tra flora batterica anaerobica-putrefattiva-disbiotica (carneo-derivata) e flora batterica saprofita-aerobica-simbiotica (vegetal-derivata).
Persino la OMS, la FAO, la AMA (Associazione Medica Americana) sono d’accordo su questo, oggi.
Persino Bill Clinton, diventato vegano, è d’accordo su questo.
Non erano d’accordo ovviamente Robert Atkins, Michel Montignac, David Servan-Schreiber e il professor Carlo Cannella della Sapienza, ma sono tutti finiti male prima del tempo.
I famosi 15 anni di vita in più che le statistiche mondiali accordano ai vegani.
Un bonus che molta gente si ostina a non raccogliere.

FUI TRA I PRIMI A SMASCHERARE LA FARSA AIDS

Vent’anni fa, ai tempi iniziali dell’Aids, informavo la gente che eravamo schiavi di un regime terroristico e manipolatore. Spiegavo che l’Aids era la più grande frode di massa, la più incredibile farsa medica mai impostata nella storia. A quel tempo, sui taxi gialli di Singapore ci stava una scritta terroristica “Fa attenzione con chi vai a cena stasera”. Un clima da profondo Medioevo Asiatico.
Spiegavo pure che non esistono malattie contagiose e che la gente deve solo imparare a mantenersi calma e felice, a restare pulita dentro e fuori, a non farsi catturare dal terrore giornaliero lanciato da televisioni, giornali e governi su una malattia inventata di sana pianta dalle corrotte autorità sanitarie americane (CDC).

L’AIDS VIENE OGGI SCONFESSATO DAL SUO CREATORE PRINCIPALE LUC MONTAGNIER

E oggi, Luc Montagnier ci viene finalmente a dire che l’Aids non esiste e che non può essere trasmesso, confermando poi tutte le verità che il professor Peter Duesberg, della Berkeley University, aveva spiegato per filo e per segno, rivelando al mondo i minuziosi dettagli di tale frode.
E il discorso non vale solo per l’Aids, ma per tutte le pesti bubboniche e non bubboniche, per l’herpes genitalis, per il papilloma virus, per la blenorragia e per la sifilide.

NESSUNA REALE VITTIMA AIDS, MA MIGLIAIA DI SUICIDI CAUSATI DALLA PAURA-AIDS

L’Aids non ha fatto nemmeno una vittima al mondo. La gente è morta di altre malattie etichettate Aids.
I morti in Africa, testati come Aids, sono tutti morti di malaria e di altre malattie catalogate fraudolentemente per Aids.
Migliaia di morti ha fatto invece l’Azt, ovvero il terribile farmaco anti-Aids.
Quante vittime ha provocato invece non l’Aids ma la paura dell’Aids? Migliaia e migliaia.
Gente che si è ammazzata e gettata dai ponti e dai palazzi, nella paura di ospitare un virus terribile mai esistito come l’Hiv.
La malaria non è l’Aids, ma il test antimalaria è stato confuso col test Aids-Elisa. Ridicolo!

FINCHE’ CI SONO DEGLI ALLOCCHI, IL GIOCO PROSEGUE

Ma la paura è tuttora qui.
La paura rende molti soldini e i ricconi del mondo continuano a rimpinguare le fondazioni miliardarie dei super-elemosinieri mondiali Bill Clinton e Bill Gates.
Dopo aver colonizzato, raggirato e truffato Singapore e il Sud-Est Asiatico, il trucco viene ripetuto con la Cina, l’India e il Vietnam.
Finché ci sono masse di gente disinformata ed imbrogliabile, finché ci sono polli da spennare, nessuno li ferma.
I mercati asiatici sono assai promettenti. Sono mercati dai grandi numeri, e dunque molto redditizi.

NON E’ QUESTIONE DI MANICHEISMO, MA DI CIBO GIUSTO E CIBO SBAGLIATO

Siamo noi i saggi, quelli dal sangue e dagli intestini puliti.
Le persone che ci stanno intorno, sbagliando in continuazione, quelle rappresentano la parte dolente e la parte critica, e sono la maggioranza. Non è questione di manicheismo, di divisione in buoni e cattivi.
E’ questione di mettere nell’intestino umano il cibo giusto. Quello che ci permette di vivere sani e di vivere tutti, senza violenze contro la natura, contro l’ambiente e contro altre creature viventi.
Occorre dare una mano a chi non trova la via giusta, ma lo deve volere e lo deve richiedere.

SIAMO VEGETARIANI PER DISEGNO E PER PROGETTO COSTRUTTIVO

Siamo disegnati come esseri vegani, crudisti e fruttariani. Tutti noi siamo così, indipendentemente da quello che stiamo mettendo nei nostri piatti. Il nostro sangue a pH alcalino ce lo conferma. La totale mancanza di enzimi uricasi per disgregare l’acido urico di carne e pesce (28 grammi per kg), di caffè e the, ci dice di stare alla larga di queste sostanze velenose per il nostro corpo.
Il nostro lungo, stretto, spugnoso e gomitoso tratto intestinale, con 4,5 milioni di villi i quali, grazie alle tante micro pagine assorbenti di ciascuno di essi, formano un’area assimilativa totale di 400-600 metriquadri, equivalenti a due campi da tennis, ce lo ribadisce.
Il nostro sistema immunitario (200 linfonodi localizzati lungo il tratto gastrointestinale, pronti ad entrare in allarme-leucocitosi ogni qualvolta consumiamo carni e cibi cotti), ci dice le stesse cose.

LE RICARICHE AL’INFRAROSSO DELLA FRUTTA MATURA

Il nostro corpo, in stato di perfetta forma, rilascia onde vibrazionali da 6500 Angstrom sulla scala Simoneton, con riscontro corporale emissivo di aura rossa.
E’ opportuno che ci alimentiamo sempre e solo con cibi vivi che rilascino almeno 6500Angstrom, e che quindi non provochino cadute di vitalità nel sistema. Il nostro organismo viene rinnovato al meglio da:

A) Frutta fresca, che rilascia ricariche vibrazionali all’infrarosso, vicine
ai 10.000 Angstrom.
B) Verdure crude, che rilasciano ricariche vibrazionali di colore rosso, tra i
7000 e gli 8000 Angstrom.
C) Da cibi amidacei naturali e protetti che offrano buona resistenza al calore,
come le verdure amidacee (cavolfiori, Bruxelles, broccoli, cime di rapa,
cardi, carciofi), come tuberi (patate, patate dolci, yam, topinambur,
carote, sempre con la buccia addosso e con cottura leggera), e come cereali
integrali (cotti al dente dopo essere stati in ammollo per qualche ora).

La presenza dell’amido, che per sua natura resiste al calore, la protezione offerta dalla buccia e il saper usare una cottura leggera e intelligente, fa sì che questi compromessi col cotto non rappresentino affatto grosse perdite energetiche (fermi restando alcuni danni mineralvitaminici).

Le carni e i cibi stracotti e devitalizzati danno una gamma di onde che vanno dai 1700 Angstrom dei malati di cancro ai 3000 dei malati di influenza, producendo onde grigie, nerastre e raggi-X, nonché aure grigie ed ammalanti, trasformandoci in vampiri energetici, in buchi neri assorbitori di vitalità e di magnetismo altrui.

QUALCHE COMPROMESSO CON L’AMIDO COTTO IN MODO CONSERVATIVO

Dobbiamo essere dunque crudisti, o meglio tendenzialmente crudisti, con qualche piccolo compromesso. L’amido naturale (patate, patate dolci, cereali, mais, castagne, pop-corn, legumi, bietole, persino pasta integrale al dente e pizzette sottili e cotte poco) resiste bene al calore se non esageriamo con eccesso nelle cotture oltre i 100-110 °C (dai 120 °C in avanti si forma la micidiale acrilamide), e se non usiamo i micidiali forni a micro-onde. I compromessi sono spesso necessari per ragioni sociali e per motivi calorici, e non certo per motivi vitaminici, minerali o proteici, visto che una qualunque dieta vegano-crudista offre in abbondanza tutti i componenti necessari alla salute.
Noi vegani non abbiamo carenze ma solo valori speciali tipo la vitamina B12 su valori ideali e bassi, che sono in questo caso non difetto da correggere, ma nota garanzia di sangue fluido e scorrevole. Nessuna carenza a condizione di mangiare spesso e bene, soddisfacendo il nostro buon appetito e il nostro amore per il buon cibo naturale e pacifico.

LA FACCENDA DELLE MOTIVAZIONI

Alla fine staremo tutti in buona salute e liberi da ogni malattia. E’ forse questo sufficiente per stare sani e felici? No, occorre andare oltre. Serve anche coltivare delle motivazioni. Occorre dedicarsi agli altri. Occorre studiare, capire, diventare più informati ed aggiornati. Occorre aiutare i bambini, gli anziani, e tutte le creature più indifese ed innocenti, più tormentate e massacrate dall’uomo, che sono gli animali.

OCCORRE LOTTARE SEMPRE PER LA PROPRIA SALUTE

Lottare in tutti i possibili modi contro i nemici del pianeta.
Lottare contro le multinazionali. Contro le cole (un bicchiere di cola a pH 2.80, pieno di caffeina, zucchero e acido fosforico, ha bisogno di 32 bicchieri di acqua pura a pH 7.00 per essere neutralizzato). Contro la Monsanto (maggiore inquinatore mondiale con il round-up, gli OGM, i semi esclusivi e non replicabili). Contro Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline e i giganti di Big Pharma, schierati in prima linea verso l’ammalamento dell’umanità. Contro tutti i fast food, disinformatori dietetici per eccellenza ed emeriti danneggiatori della gioventù mondiale.

RESISTENZA PACIFICA E NON-VIOLENZA

Non vorremmo mai entrare nelle faccende della politica. Ma nel nostro caso è indispensabile farlo.
Il metodo prescelto sarà possibilmente quello della resistenza pacifica e della non-violenza.
Lottare contro il Bilderberg e il Codex, contro i Bush e i Clinton, contro Obama e Gore, contro Bill Gates e Soros (il killer delle Tigri Asiatiche), contro Rothschild e Gorbachev, contro la Commissione Trilaterale (Brzezynsky, Kissinger e Rockefeller), contro il triangolo del potere, che nulla ha a che fare coi triangoli di Pitagora, ma che è un autentico mostro geometrico che va dal Vaticano (potere religioso), alla City of London (potere dell’oro), al District of Columbia (Cia, Pentagono e potere militare). Nessun odio personale verso chicchessia, ma una netta opposizione a chiunque si metta in rotta di collisione con la salute, la libertà, l’indipendenza, la natura, gli animali e l’ambiente.

AZZERARE LA DISPERAZIONE

Il professor Viktor Frankl, grande neurologo viennese, impegnato contro la depressione e il suicidio, e reduce dei campi di concentramento, ha lasciato al mondo la sua formula della felicità.
Se la motivazione M è grande, può addirittura uguagliare il valore S, per cui D diventa uguale a zero, e disperazione azzerata significa felicità.

D (disperazione) = S (sofferenza/stress) – M (motivazione)

TANTI PASSI AVANTI VERSO UN MONDO MIGLIORE

E’ fondamentale dunque dare motivazione alla nostra vita. Il non mangiare carne, ad esempio, rappresenta già un’importante motivazione programmatica. Il mangiare più frutta rappresenta poi una disobbedienza verso quel potere che spinge la gente lontano da essa. Ogni passo che facciamo nella difesa delle persone deboli e sguarnite, animali in testa, rappresenta una motivazione e dunque un passo verso la felicità e il benessere, un passo anche verso quel mondo migliore che tutti stiamo inseguendo.

Assumo giornalmente 1 cortone acetato 25 mg, 1 florinef, eutirox 75 mg.
Ho 57 anni e sono in menopausa da 5. In autunno ho iniziato con alopecia dietro la nuca e le orecchie.
Ora sono senza capelli.

MORBO DI ADDISON, OVVERO CARENZA DI CORTICOSTEROIDI

Ciao Luisa, il morbo di Addison prende il nome dal medico inglese Thomas Addison (1793-1860), che descrisse tra i primi sia l’anemia perniciosa che il morbo in questione, derivante da alterazione delle capsule surrenali.
Il morbo di Addison è tutto sommato una rara patologia caratterizzata da carenza di corticoidi o corticosteroidi, tipo il cortisolo, l’aldosterone e l’adenocorticoprina (ACTH).
Il cortisolo è l’ormone che controlla lo stress, la pressione sanguigna, la funzionalità cardiaca e la glicemia. L’aldosterone è l’ormone che controlla la pompa sodio-potassio e regola la percentuale di sale e di acqua nel corpo, trattenendo il più delle volte il sodio (ne prendiamo poco) ed eliminando il potassio eccedente.
La carenza di aldosterone provoca scarsa funzionalità renale e caduta della pressione sanguigna, con pesanti conseguenze per l’intero organismo.

FORMA PRIMARIA E SECONDARIA

Nel morbo di Addison si distingue una forma primaria, dove l’alterazione colpisce direttamente il surrene, e una forma secondaria, dove l’alterazione riguarda l’ipotalamo e l’ipofisi che non producono l’ormone ipofisario adenocorticoprina (ACTH).
Il blocco delle ghiandole surrenali non è uno scherzo e può anche portare alla morte per infarto, ictus, ipossia e shock ipovolemico (ammanco liquidi nell’organismo), che non consente di ossigenare le cellule.

LE CAUSE DI PATOLOGIA

Le cause dell’Addison si ritrovano un po’ nelle malattie che lo precedono e lo accompagnano, che sono l’ipotiroidismo, la tubercolosi, la vitiligine, lo squilibrio tra sodio e potassio (sodio basso).
Ma, in realtà, le cause reali vanno cercate nei vaccini, nei farmaci, nelle diete a base di carne, pesce e latticini, e nei comportamenti giornalieri del soggetto.
I sintomi sono numerosi. Il primo riguarda la pelle scura con aumento intenso della melanina, tanto che spesso si parla di mal bronzino.
Ci sono poi disidratazione, debolezza muscolare, sonnolenza, perdita di peso, bassa pressione, sete, ipoglicemia, desiderio smodato di sale, diarrea, vertigini, mancamenti, nausea, vomito, crampi, dolori alla schiena, sudorazioni, impotenza maschile, perdita libido e amenorrea nelle donne.

TERAPIE MEDICHE BASATE SUL CORTISONE

Le terapie mediche non sgarrano di una virgola. Si punta al sintomo e solo a quello. Come?
Somministrando a vita gli ormoni mancanti, ovvero i cortisonici o corticoidi, che sono farmaci di grande efficacia.
Non tanto contro i reumatismi, ma contro i sintomi del reumatismo, ovvero contro i processi infiammatori che caratterizzano i reumatismi.
I cortisonici hanno infatti una marcata azione sul processo flogistico.
Colpire i sintomi significa però lasciare inalterate ed intatte le cause di malattia reumatica a monte.
I cortisonici poi, come tutti i farmaci, causano dipendenza e vanno presi a vita.

NON MANCANO OVVIAMENTE I SOLITI EFFETTI COLLATERALI

I medici cercano di alternare il cortisone con l’ACTH (che provoca ritenzione di sodio ed espulsione di potassio).
Quanto agli effetti collaterali del cortisone la lista è decisamente lunga: gastrite, ulcera gastrica e duodenale, ipertensione, gobbe dorsali, strie cutanee, cefalee, parestesie, bruciori al viso e sulla pelle, visione ridotta, formicolii e problemi di circolazione.

INCONSISTENZA DELLE CURE FARMACOLOGICHE

I problemi di cui si parla sono di tipo ghiandolare. Le ghiandole endocrine lavorano in assoluta sinergia, per cui ogni loro disfunzione va monitorata con pazienza ma non deviata, non riparata e rattoppata malamente con dei farmaci.
Anche perché, per ogni buco sigillato se ne creano altri tre.
Che fare dunque?
Lasciare forse che la barca vada a fondo? No. Qualcosa di buono si può fare.

MASSIMA FIDUCIA AL SISTEMA IMMUNITARIO

La cura igienistica, ovvero “la cura della non cura”, verte sulla massima fiducia da accordare al corpo e ai suoi potenti mezzi di autodifesa e di autoguarigione, chiamati sistema immunitario.
Tali mezzi funzionano solo se ci crediamo e se facciamo tutto il necessario affinché al sistema immunitario non manchi nulla, e se in particolare risparmiamo ad esso tutti gli insulti e tutte le tipiche correzioni farmacologiche che tendono a mandarlo fuori giri.

STACCARSI DAI FARMACI E ADOTTARE UNA DIETA VEGANO-CRUDISTA

I problemi che hai segnalato sono tutti di tipo ghiandolare. Le cure mediche in corso non sono servite e non serviranno certamente a farti guarire.
Suggerisco pertanto, in linea coi dettami dell’hygiene, un distacco dai farmaci, da gradualizzarsi con prudenza e senso di responsabilità, visto il carattere dopante delle sostanze assunte.
Un distacco associato alla adozione immediata di una dieta vegana, rivitalizzante e dunque tendenzialmente crudista.

INCREDIBILI PROGRESSI CON LA SALUTE DI MIO MARITO

Ciao Valdo, un caro saluto e un grazie eterno per le tesine. Sono documenti preziosissimi che mi danno la possibilità di svilire le affermazioni di alcuni pseudo-vegetariani che su internet fanno terrorismo circa la vitamina B12. Sono con te, con profonda convinzione.
Ho anche il piacere di comunicarti che mio marito, intossicato da mercurio e con una malattia della pelle (Lichen), ha recentemente fatto le analisi scoprendo che il suo colesterolo è sceso da 240 a 189, l’emoglobina si è normalizzata e il PSA prostatico è ottimale al pari di tutti gli altri valori, mentre la dermatite autoimmune si sta riducendo, per cui sono felice davvero del recente cambio dieta.
Alla faccia di tutti quelli che ci accusano di essere dei pazzi a mangiare crudo e vegano.

VIVIAMO CIRCONDATI DALLA MENZOGNA E DALLA CORRUZIONE

Ciao Gabriella, complimenti per gli ottimi risultati che state conseguendo.
Su internet c’è sempre di tutto. La strategia dei tanti avversari, anche vegetariani fasulli o carnivoristi mascherati da vegetariani, è quella di creare confusione e disinformazione.
La realtà è che viviamo in un modo demenziale.
Tutta la nostra civiltà è falsa e ipocrita. Non esiste un settore libero dalla menzogna sistematica sulle piccole come sulle grandi cose, prima fra tutta l’alimentazione.
Le nicchie di verità esistono ma vengono accuratamente ignorate dai media.

UN VIDEO SCANDALOSO E RACCAPRICCIANTE

Ho appena guardato un video mandatomi da un lettore sul professor Cannella, recentemente scomparso.
Il video, http//:www.youtube.com/watch?v=A3SMdjwGbzk, venne girato alla Fiera del Bovino.
Sono rimasto sbalordito dalle affermazioni squilibrate ed irresponsabili che questo “luminare” dell’alimentazione aveva fatto non molto prima di morire di cancro all’intestino.
Ci spiace che sia morto, ovviamente. Lo preferiremmo qui vivo e vegeto a rispondere di queste gravissime menzogne pronunciate quando era in vita. Da morto lo perdoniamo e lo rispettiamo. Ma non possiamo esimerci dal fare le critiche più dure sul suo operato accademico.

LE UNIVERSITA’ ITALIANE PRODUCONO ECCELLENTE DISINFORMAZIONE

Tra le perle di Cannella una frase la voglio citare. Dopo aver esaltato, come suo solito, la dieta a base di carne e di latte, ha aggiunto come pretesa prova a suo favore che “i vegetariani devono infatti fare i salti mortali per viverne senza”, per cui i vegani e magari anche crudisti dovrebbero fare chissà quali altre meraviglie.
La deplorevole ignoranza della cultura prevalente italiana in fatto di alimentazione, salta all’occhio proprio in queste circostanze.
Se queste eccellenti carognate vengono fuori da una cattedra della Università “La Sapienza”, puoi solo immaginarti cosa possiamo pretendere da tutto il resto.

MAI NESSUN SALTO MORTALE E MAI LA BENCHE’ MINIMA DIFFICOLTA’

La mia risposta a Cannella, se non fosse già dove si trova, è che in 60 anni di vegetarianismo praticante, e in 30 anni di veganismo quasi-crudista praticante, mai ho dovuto fare un salto mortale e mai sono ricorso a qualsivoglia integrazione.
Mai ho avuto un problema intestinale e mai una digestione difficile. Mai una crisi fisiologica dovuta a problemi alimentari. Mai preso un antiacido o un purgante. Mai uno squilibrio endocrino e mai un mal di testa.

NON ABBIAMO BISOGNO DI DIFENDERCI

Abbiamo la dieta più sana e sicura al mondo, priva di carenze, priva di effetti collaterali, e dovremmo metterci sulla difensiva?
Il vegetarianismo non è affatto un’ideologia di gente scassata e di deficienti, di gente bizzarra e marginale, come i bisteccai, i vitaministi pillolai e i produttori di schifezze culinarie televisive vorrebbero far vedere.

E’ SOLO ELIMINANDO RIGOROSAMENTE LE PROTEINE ANIMALI CHE LA SALUTE PUO’ FARE UN BALZO IN AVANTI, SENZA NESSUNA INTEGRAZIONE

Siamo l’espressione più alta, profonda e matura dell’intelligenza positiva e della coscienza universale protesa verso il bene, la verità, la vita e l’evoluzione integrale dell’uomo verso l’armonia con tutti gli esseri, come scrive Franco Libero Manco su “Essenza del Vegetarismo”.
E’ solo con l’eliminazione totale e rigorosa della carne e del latte, del pesce e delle uova, che la nostra salute può fare davvero un balzo in avanti.
L’oscurantismo e l’analfabetismo nutrizionale stanno nelle rubriche alimentari televisive, nella dieta Mediterranea e nei McDonald’s, non certo dalle nostre parti.

ALLERGIE ALLA FRUTTA, ALLE POLVERI E AI GATTI

SISTEMA IMMUNITARIO E VITA SERENA

Ciao Valdo, grazie per le tesine, sono davvero interessanti.
Come ecologista, da tempo avevo intuito e sapevo che il nostro benessere fisico e profondo dipende dal sistema immunitario. Io, il mio, cerco di trattarlo bene da due anni mangiando il 99% vegano, ma anche con altri accorgimenti che credo importanti, come cercare di vivere bene e in allegria, sorridere agli altri e sentirsi ricambiati, persino ogni tanto guardarmi allo specchio e sentirmi felice delle belle rughe che mi solcano il viso, e che non mi impediscono di sembrare ancora, a detta di tutti, un ragazzo nonostante i miei quasi 60 anni.

LA NUOVA ERA ECOZOICA

Noi ormai ragioniamo in termini di Era Ecozoica (dalla bella visione di Thomas Berry) che ci permette di comprendere un po’ tutto quello che facciamo in senso ecopacifista, ecologista e vegano.

L’ALLERGIA AI GATTI

Proprio in questi giorni ho conosciuto una mamma disperata perché la propria bambina ha un’allergia fortissima ai gatti. E si chiede il perché di tutte queste allergie.
Io, per amore suo e dei gatti, ho inviato alla bambina un mio CD dedicato a Gianni Rodari, con una canzone sui gatti, e poi ho chiesto alla mamma che tipo di alimentazione segue la bambina, e che forse con un cambio verso il veganismo potrebbe almeno alleviare il problema e migliorare il sistema immunitario. Poi ho letto le tue tesine! E quindi penso d essere arrivato vicino alla soluzione del problema. Mi puoi dire qualcosa al riguardo? Oppure posso mettere la mamma in contatto con te?

Ciao Stefano, credo che tu abbia già detto le cose giuste a quella mamma.
Tutte le allergie denotano una scarsa tollerabilità alle sostanze che si ingeriscono, alle polveri che si respirano, ai profumi e agli odori che si annusano, e persino alle cose che si vedono, si immaginano o si apprendono. Non sono malattie ma semplici spie rosse, ovvero segnali di allarme annuncianti che un determinato corpo è saturo di tossine ai limiti della sopportabilità, per cui ogni piccolo stress aggiuntivo va ad attivare il segnale d’allarme chiamato allergia. E’ un po’ come quando le vicende della vita, o anche fatti casuali come la vicinanza di qualcuno che per qualsiasi motivo ti stressa, ti fanno perdere la pazienza e ti fanno dire “basta, non se ne può più”. In tal caso, il nostro margine di sopportazione psicologica si riduce al minimo e diventiamo allergici ad altri torti, per cui ogni nuova offesa diventa come la famosa goccia che fa traboccare il vaso.

DA DOVE ARRIVA L’IMPREGNAZIONE TOSSICA?

Chiaro dunque che un corpo allergico è un corpo alterato, stressato, indebolito, impregnato di veleni e tossine che hanno reso il suo sangue denso e circolante con lentezza. Cosa può aver provocato in una bambina tali alterazioni? Sicuramente gli interventi vaccinatori che rappresentano la peggiore invenzione mai concepita dalla medicina. Sicuramente alcune situazioni comportamentali, tipo lo stare troppo in casa o davanti al televisore. Sicuramente alcune abitudini alimentari di tipo non eliminativo ma accumulativo ed intasante. Il ruolo delle proteine animali e dei latticini rappresenta una costante nell’acidificazione dell’infanzia a livello mondiale.

VITA ALL’ARIA APERTA

Bisognerà insegnare a quella bambina l’arte del respiro ritmico e approfondito, e non più soltanto pettorale. Bisognerà farla giocare di più non con le bambole ma piuttosto con la cordicella e con la palla. Farla insomma correre, esercitarsi, salire sugli alberi, saltare di più e sudare di più. Vivere al sole e all’aria aperta. Insegnarle la saggia pratica di accaldarsi e di fare immediatamente la doccia e asciugarsi in modo accurato e vigoroso prima che il corpo si raffreddi. Trovarle delle amichette e organizzare tra loro una partita a pallavolo o a palla prigioniera, o anche a tennis o a tennis da tavolo. Sempre attività fisiche, aerobiche e sociali che coinvolgano ed implichino fatica, divertimento e distrazione.

CHELAZIONE NATURALE E PROGRESSIVA CON IL DERMA IN PRIMO PIANO

Il corpo, in quel modo, diventerà un sistema smaltente e scaricante, e non più un organismo pigro e tendente all’autointossicazione. Il corpo, in quel modo, sarà soggetto al ripescaggio dei veleni interni e a una specie di chelazione naturale progressiva e costante, dove la pelle giocherà un ruolo emuntorio ed escretivo importantissimo, alleandosi ai polmoni e al sistema renale.

Sia il nuovo stile di vita più attivo che il nuovo sistema nutrizionale, dovranno essere improntati alla progressività, alla giocosità, e mai alla forzatura ed all’imposizione. L’amicizia, la vicinanza e il contatto col gatto e con altri animali tipo il coniglietto, il cane, la tartaruga, si realizzano meglio all’aria aperta e in un angolo del giardino o della terrazza, dove è garantita sia la salute della bambina che quella degli animaletti ospitati.

A CONVERSION FROM MACROBIOTICS TO VEGN RAW-FOOD DIET

Good evening Valdo, my name is Giusy and I’m a naturopath. A year ago I bought your book Natural Alimentazione Naturale and this made me decisively change course, going on to read books by Shelton and Ehret. From then on, even though I was into macrobiotics, I started a research that still hasn’t ended, and with much effort I’m trying to introduce my clients to raw-food veganism.

THE STINKOF CORPSE BEHIND MY VEGETARIANISM

As far as I’m concerned, instinctively and without even knowing the word vegan and raw-food, I eliminated meat, milk and eggs. I was 14 years old and still lived with my parents, when it all happened abruptly. I simply started to feel an unbearable intolerance to the stink of corpse every time my mother cooked meat, and especially meat sauce. And when I used to wake up in the mornings to the smell of freshly boiled milk, I used to feel like vomiting because it smelt like acid. Surely this will be making you smile, but this is how my vegetarian story started.

BOTH CHICKEN AND EGGS EMANATED AN INTOLERABLE OFFENSIVE SMELL

When I smell chicken meat, it has a medicinal odour, and the same goes for eggs. Even more than the taste of these foods, it’s really the smell that puts me off. I don’t know why, but anyway I don’t miss them and that’s it.

MY COMPANION IS ASSAILED BY GOUT

However I’m writing to you about a problem of gout that has been bothering my companion for almost ten years. Four years ago when I met him, he had terrible crises that obliged him to remain immobile and to take massive doses of Colchicina and Zirolic, which obviously ruined his stomach and often provoked diarrhoea and gas in the intestines. The latter however he has had practically since childhood.

A CRAZY DANCE OF PASTA, PIZZA, MOZZARELLA, CURED MEATS AND COFFEE

Firstly he’s Napoletan, which means pasta, pizza and tomato sauce cooked for hours on end, vegetables almost roasted in the pan with heavily cooked oil, slices of cured pork, industrial quantities of buffalo mozzarella, very little salad almost cooked in vinegar, and other pleasantries of this kind. At least this is what his mother cooks, other than crumbed, fried chicken. Cereals, vegetables and pulses? Never been seen in their house. And then litres of coffee, very strong with loads of sugar.

NORMALIZING URIC ACID VALUES

Without becoming a vegetarian (he still eats eggs, tuna and some milk products) he has eliminated meat, cured meats, fried foods, cheese and alcohol, and so managed to lower his uric acid values to normal levels. However sometimes his feet continue to hurt so much that he’s unable to walk for half an hour. And he’s only 40 years old! Colchicina and Nimesulide are now a part of his life, and I’m unable to make him understand that he needs to change his life style even more.

AN ARTICLE ON DEFEATING GOUT

When you have time, please could you send me an article about defeating gout with a vegan raw-food diet, also because some of my research shows that there are also some fruit and vegetables that are incompatible with this disease (however I don’t really believe it). I will give the article to my companion. I have already told him about you, and he knows I’m writing to you. Trying can’t harm. He has already changed his diet a lot, and one has to give him credit for this, seeing what he used to eat and drink in the past!

NATUROPATHY CURES INSTEAD OF MEDICAL CURES MEANS DOING THE SAME CURING MISTAKE

My heartfelt thanks for everything you have already given me, and for having opened my eyes with your book. Unfortunately naturopathy is taught badly in Italy. In some ways we have substituted pharmaceuticals with natural remedies, while the concept still remains the same. For some time I have even distanced myself from my school’s line of thought. THE POSITIVE SIDE OF MACROBIOTICS

Giusy, my compliments for the decidedly virtuous path you have embarked on, and for working for the precious benefit of universal health. Those who come from macrobiotics and then have the strength to close that door and make a further qualitative leap, have great prospects ahead of them. As I often say, macrobiotics isn’t all just orientalised cultural waste to be rejected. It teaches us a poetic respect for nature (within certain limits) and contributes the concepts of acid-alkaline, hot-cold and yin-yang.
It teaches us to appreciate whole grain cereals, to eliminate sugar and milk products, Fantas and colas. All these are very positive things. Pity that macrobiotic shops and restaurants are often loaded with sugared products, sweets, biscuits, cakes, chocolate and marmelades.

THE IRREPARABLE DEFECTS OF OHSAWIAN THEORY

Macrobiotics’ serious defects however far outweigh its good points, and these are the defects of its creator George Ohsawa, with all due respect to his memory. He was a man of character, and pressed by negative events in his family, he also went into crisis as a doctor, finding the courage to leave and to rebel against the ineptitude and the noted defects of western medicine at a time when he was already at the peak of his career.
Throwing your white coat into the rubbish bin when you are the health director of an hospital, is not something that anyone can do.

CHERRIES SOLD IN FRUIT BOUTIQUES

The trouble is that Ohsawa was Japanese, the son of a fish-dependent and salt-dependent country which is also magnificent and clean, but where transport is very expensive and the distribution of fruit and vegetables costs an arm and a leg.
The son of a country where cherries are sold wrapped individually in paper bows, packaged as if they were Perugina chocolates, at the modest cost of 20 Euros for 15 cherries.

JAPAN, WORLD LEADER IN TINNED BEVERAGES AND VENDING MACHINES

A country which, if it were not for bananas (the biggest importers in the world), tomatoes, Fuji apples and mandarins, would be completely on its knees in terms of raw food. A country with the greatest production of tinned beverages in the world, and with vending machines placed on every street corner, on every hotel floor, and even in the toilets.

OHSAWA’S VERY SERIOUS ERRORS DECREED THE DOWNFALL OF MACROBIOTICS

The clamorous errors that decreed the tremendous and definitive defeat of macrobiotics are very precise. Firstly, the very thick-skinned and demential interpretation of the concept of yin-yang and of acidification, discharging onto the negative pole, the feminine side, the cold, and acidic side, all the bad, inauspicious qualities of the universe, and placing on a crystal pedestal the cooking and salting of food, a clamorous and blundering error, besides being a tragedy.
Diseases are yin, the moon and the night are yin, sugar is yin, fruit is yin, nervousness is yin, women are yin, while on the opposite side, health is yang, the day is yang, the sun is yang, salt is yang, calmness is yang, masculine is yang, and so on.

YIN AND YANG, WUITH AN EXCESSIVE PREFERENCE FOR YANG

The concept has a basis of truth, if one doesn’t fall into the pitfall of fanaticism and scientific incompetence regarding food and biology, and if one doesn’t separate it from the most advanced scientific research.
The concept is valid if one introduces the concept of equilibrium between the poles, and not that of defending yang with a vengeance. We can even say that Ohsawa suffered from acute ying-istis, something which he diffused throughout the world, without understanding that the body is not a whole which can be assembled and substituted like pieces of Lego, but a machine which elaborates and transforms.

AN ANTI-CITRUS AND ANTI-FRUITARIAN HERESY

Ohsawa didn’t understand that protein doesn’t make protein, that salt doesn’t make salt, that alkaline doesn’t alkalinize, that acid doesn’t acidify, that yang doesn’t create yang, but that in the human body everything is transformed and re-created according to precise laws. And Ohsawa himself is most responsible for the anti-citrus, anti-fruitarian heresy that even now pervades Western culture in a suffused but demoniacal way diseducating and confounding people. And, if I were a woman, I would feel profoundly offended by such male chauvinist yangist macrobiotics!

IT’S GOOD TO BECOME MORE YANG

Even I practiced the positive aspects of macrobiotics when I used to play soccer and eliminate 3-4 litres of water at a time, yangizing myself and becoming relaxed and happy after every game, or even deliciously erotic when necessary, because every global movement and involvement of the body, every overheating and aerobic perspiration, every beautiful shared emotion produce a loss of acidity and a rechange of waters.

FRUIT ANYWAY, ANYWHERE AND ANYHOW

But fruit has always remained the absolute priority in my life, something I have always harvested, sought after, pursued and acquired. I have never left the family home devoid of several boxes of citrus fruit, apples, melons, grapes, persimmons and chestnuts, organic when possible, and non organic when it’s not possible, because even non-organic is still fruit, second quality no doubt but still fruit, more blessed by the sun than demonized by too many poisons. I never leave my hotel room, or my shoulder bag without an adequate supply of fruit.

HEROIS, PRESUMPTION AND CULTURAL DEFICIENCIES IN GEORGE OHSAWA’S LIFE

Ohsawa committed a great act of heroism and courage when he threw away his doctor’s uniform, but then he committed the serious error of lacking in humility when starting with his doctrine. If he had only known about hygienism, or just about Pauk Kouchakoff’s experiments regarding leucocytosis, or Paul Simoneton’s regarding electromagnetic waves, or those of Edward Howell regarding food enzymes, he would surely have renounced an all-out launch of that type of macrobiotics, and would have found modifying solutions which would have allowed the yin-yang theory to affirm itself without reservation, rather than allowing it become an insidious and often mortal trap for sick people drunk on overcooked brown rice and mu tea, afflicted with leucocytosis and precocious aging on a par with, if not worse than the average, despite the health aspects I mentioned in the beginning.

ITALY, COUNTRY OF COFFEES AND SUPPLEMENTS

That naturopathy is taught badly in our country is another clear and verifiable fact. There’s the impression that it’s moving at least. In this contradictory and deafened Italy, the rivers of coffee and supplements are in spate, while the supply of organic water immersed in sugary fruit juice is emaciated and struggling. From having been a healthy and happy country kissed by the sun and the sea, by art and culture, by Petrarchian and Nineteenth century style romantic love, by incredible, uproarious, licentious sex, and even by science and industry, we have become a population of whiners, of sick people and of impotent losers. No surprise that our national soccer team was indecorously eliminated from the last World Cup.

WE DON’T WANT TO LOOT MARCELLO LIPPI’S NATIONAL TEAM GRATUITOUSLY

As a simple fan of the Udinese Soccer team, I know only too well the magnificent boys called Di Natale, Quagliarella, Pepe and Iaquinta, and their companions in the national team. So obviously I was disappointed, as were all Italians. As the winners shouldn’t exalt too much, so the losers shouldn’t criticize themselves excessively. “One doesn’t kill a dead man” cried the bloodied, wounded and fallen Francesco Ferrucci to Fabrizio Maramaldo who was mercilessly impaling him during the battle of the people of Florence against the imperialists (Gavinana, 1530). Criticizing makes us feel just like looting persecutors.

MEAT, PASTA, PIZZA AND NUTELLA, AND SEE HOW THE DON’T RUN

But we can learn a lesson from the South African sporting episode. You, Giusy made it clear how one eats in Naples, a city that is a master of Italian cooking and of the Mediterranean diet. Meat, pasta, pizza and Nutella and see how they run went a TV ad that is more famous than Ave Maria, but which now appears as derisory as ever in the light of the facts.

A LESSON FROM SOUTH AFRICA

If we then add in coffee, supplements, high-fat (ham and Parmesan) high-protein, high-meat (cadaverine) and high-sugar diets typical of club and national teams, and add in the tattoos which hideously cover the only parts of our players’ skin which ought to be breathing freely (arms and legs), and add in the daily menu the regular vaccinations they’re subjected to (thanks to Lippi who was in favour of vaccines during the last swine flu pandemic), we have a desolate picture of the situation.

TOO MANY STIMULANTS, TOO MUCH ACCELERATION AND TOO MANY SUPPLEMENTS

The trouble is that our champions have become tired horses.
There is too much tension in the game, and too many cardiac accelerators (like coffee, colas and chocolate), accompanied by huge quantities of pig legs called “prosciutti”.
There is also too much money, but the real problem is not there.
If the horse is tired you can groom it and goad it as much as you like. It just loses strength, courage and illumination. The forwards don’t dribble and they don’t punch and shoot, they lack clarity and fast reflexes, they flop instead of capitalizing on the rare opportunities.
They kick out and too high, or they don’t kick at all, in every sense. Darkness and mistiness cloud their disturbed eyes so they don’t even see the adversary’s goal posts, while the defence becomes unwatchable and leaks like a sieve.
Then, if we lack even a pinch of luck, what on earth are we doing there? We would have lost even against the Galapagos Islands, if they only had a soccer team.

SO WE COME TO THE MAIN PROBLEM OF GOUT

Gout is the precursor of arthritis.
I don’t want to frighten your companion, but I do want to be frank and explicit, and invite him to take all the measures necessary in this case, as he has made some steps in the right direction even though he still remains attached to uric acid producing foods such as tuna, eggs and dairy products.

THE URATES AT THE BASIS OF THIS TERRIBLE PATHOLOGY

Gout is defined as a metabolic disease caused by the accumulation of urates which are deposited principally in the cartilage of the joints, causing swelling and even permanent deformation.
Gout, more a male than a female disease (16 in a 1,000 for men, and only 3 in a 1,000 for women), causes painful inflammations that bring about the progressive destruction of the cartilage itself, while also forming kidney stones due to salts acquired by drinking hard water and the intake of supplements, dairy products and cooked food.
The disorder is caused by excess uric acid in the blood. The deposits of noxious minerals (which only oranges and citrus fruit can tackle efficiently) can get to the point of blocking all movements of the joints.

THE CAUSE OF GOUT AND THE USUAL INEFFICIENCY OF PHARMACEUTICALS

Gout is caused by toxic deposits in the (especially terminal) joints, when the body is unable to properly eliminate its toxic waste products. The solution is to increase the body’s capacity to excrete and to clean itself. However this doesn’t happen with drugs like Colchicine, Allopurinol and Nimesulide, which only serve to mask the problem and to wreck our organs, leaving the cause unaltered, all the while winking at the sources of uric acid which remain firmly in place. There can also be further complications, as in the case of septic arthritis called psoriasis, or in the case of arthritic gout or uric-acid renal calculi.

URIC ACID IS A TERRIBLE MONSTER IN HUMANS

Uric acid is a highly toxic substance that accumulates in the bodies of adults, because children are normally not yet acidified to that degree, having just started the strange human sport of kicking ourselves, of sucking the milk of others, of drinking hard water, of avoiding fruit, and of cooking (destroying vitamins-minerals-hormones-enzymes).
Albumins are protein substances of organized bodies, composed of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, phosphorus and iron. Uric acid accumulates in the organism due to excess of albumins. The foods under accusation are all the ‘noble’ proteins, all spicy and matured cheeses (in particular Parmesan cheese), but also pulses, dried mushrooms, alcohol, coffee, tea and chocolate.

THE CAUSES OF GOUT ARE CLEAR

Uric acid is a curse in every sense.
It produces arteriosclerosis, angina pectoris, apoplexy, migraine, renal diseases, hepatic diseases, disease of the prostate and the bladder, rheumatism and gout. Sometimes gout is derived from a predisposition that the gouty acquire by living in families who for decades have perpetrated a certain dietary foolhardiness which has never been subject to discussion by any teacher or wise man, by any superior illumination or good, ancient cultural example. Gout is favoured by precise and undeniable facts, such as a meat-egg-dairy diet, alcoholic drinks, nervine drinks. Climatic factors such as cold and humidity also aggravate the situation.

AN ENZYME DEFICIENCY INHERITED FROM DADDY ADAM AND MUMMY EVE

Humans, vegan-fruitarian creatures by natural biological design, completely lack the enzyme uricase which is needed to disintegrate the dreadful uric acid in meat, fish, eggs, cheeses and coffee.
This enzyme however is abundant in the bodies of dogs, cats, crocodiles, hyenas, condors and snakes. The answer that we give to those doctors is that, all told, they are almost right in the sense that we inherited an anti-uric acid enzyme deficiency from Adam and Eve, the famous eaters of permitted and prohibited apples, but never of decomposing corpses.

TO DEFEAT GOUT AND ARTHRITIS THE FIRST THING IS TO STOP ALL URIC ACIDS

Arthritis is a generalized inflammatory state of the joints, caused by an excessive presence of toxic substances in the blood. These can be liquid like water, or thicker like pus. There’s also dry arthritis where the joints literally crackle when they move.
For doctors, arthritis is just one of the many incurable evils in their interminable repertoire. Certainly one can’t defeat gout and arthritis from one day to the next. However if these pathologies are to become a thing of the past that we can even joke about, and no longer the drama of our daily lives, we have to stop provoking gout and arthritis in our bodies.
The only real enemies are us. Nothing can be cured if we do not block the sources of evil.

THE REGULAR DISCHARGE OF TOXIC MATTER BY THE IMMUNE SYSTEM

Nature (in the form of the immune system) doesn’t betray itself, and has its own methods of maintaining its operational efficiency in the battlefield which is life.
One of its methods is to discharge toxic accumulations in our bodies whenever they reach the maximum limit of tolerance.
If our personal type of blood tolerates 5% of inorganic minerals, cadaverine and putrescine, and other crap of this nature, when the rubbish exceeds the limit, immediately a discharge takes place.
The discharge appears as new growths, like cysts and tumours, or strong flu crises, or unending skin eruptions, and it can also appear, as is the case with arthritis, as deposits of toxic refuse in the joints, with the resultant inflammation, rigidity, swelling and joint pain.

FRUITARIAN VEGAN RAW-FOOD DIET AS THE ONLY POSSIBLE COUNTERMEASURE TO GOUT AND ARTHRITIS

Arthritis is a disease made of ups and downs, tending however to deteriorate and to become more and more serious. But before the joints become blocked and rigid, it is reversible like all diseases if we decide to replace our gouty and arthritic habits with lifestyles adapted to our type of body. The causes and treatment of arthritis have been known for decades. The role of the fruitarian, vegan, tendentially raw-food diet is fundamental. So if we really want to defeat these pathologies, we have to be rigorous and constant. We must throw ourselves decisively into fruit, without fear and without looking back.

WE NEED SUN, AIR AND VITAL JUICES

The advice that can be given is the usual, breathe better, get indigestion from air rather than from food, from the sun instead of from shade, from relaxing instead of from stress.
And if you have high blood pressure as well, the problem becomes doubled, so you have to normalize the system.
Raw food is very good, and a preparatory fast is also helpful, remembering however that during the expulsion of toxins there can also be delicate, painful moments of crisis, called eliminative crisis.

A RIGOROUS FIELD CHOICE IS TO AVOID DRUGS, SUPPLEMENTS, BEER AND COFFEE

One has absolutely to make a choice. As we often say there is a contradiction, a head on collision between pharmaceuticals and raw food, in as much as raw food liquidizes the blood without the use of heparins, and this more fluid blood becomes ultrasensitive to the corrosive and doping action of pharmaceuticals. Avoid alcohol and above all beer, loaded with almost as much uric acid as coffee. Rigorously avoid synthetic vitamins and mineral supplements.

NO ASPIRIN, NO DIURETICS AND NO FOOD CONTAINING ANIMAL PURINES

It is obligatory to liberate oneself as fast as possible from pharmacological dependence, choosing a system which progressively reduces them day by day, or even putting an immediate stop to them if you can. Avoid aspirin and diuretics in general, which augment the urate peaks in the system. If overweight, you should get rid of the excess kilos as fast as possible. Avoid foods containing purine or nucleo-proteins, above all from the animal kingdom. Amongst the vegetables cited are spinach and asparagus.

KEEP A LOOK TO GROUP B NATURAL VITAMINS

Some authors cite whole grain cereals, bread, and even rolled oats, as foods to be avoided as they are rich in purines. I repeat however that it is important to aim at a balanced vegan diet which also contains vegetable proteins as long as they are not overcooked, as they always find ways of being expelled when they are in excess. There must be a rigorous exclusion of fresh and tinned fish, meat stock cubes, salami and eggs. I would not at all exclude rolled oats (raw or slightly cooked) with plenty of crushed seeds from an anti-gout diet, as long as you eat fruit abundantly and well away from such meals. I would even include laxative green vegetables such as dandelion, chicory and arctium root.

Grate 2 fresh young courgettes and an equal quantity of raw green cabbage.
Peel 4-5 tomatoes, plunging them into boiling water for 6 seconds and liquidize them. Pour the tomato juice over the grated vegetables, mix and garnish with lots of fresh chopped parsley (excellent for helping nephritic people). A tiny pinch of salt and a spoon of olive oil, plus some vegan horseradish mayonnaise, can be also added.

THE PANACEA AGAINST GOUT AND ARTHRITIS

Eat an abundant quantity of oranges and citrus fruit for break-fast, eat loads of cherries, grapes, strawberries and apples. Raw cabbage, watercress, artichokes, fennel and radishes are also very good.
There is a panacea for gout and arthritis, and it is freshly squeezed carrot and celery juice or juice made from other roots and tubers, radishes, apples, beets and pineapple, also with a little ginger.
Completely forget about cooked food, and about every kind of junk-food.

LETHARGIC ENCEPHALITIS AND DEGENERATION OF THE SUBSTANTIA NIGRA

In 1817, the English doctor James Parkinson (1755-1824) was the first to describe a case of appendicitis with the terms: agitated paralysis, a morbid condition characterized by rigidity and tremors of the head and the limbs, muscular rigidity, difficulty and slowness in moving, postural instability, speech disturbances, vegetative disturbances, dementia and amimia (impossibility of accompanying one’s feelings with gestures and visual expressions).
Lethargic encephalitis, also called Parkinson’s disease, is a pathology catalogued amongst movement disorders (excess or absence of movement) caused by an inflammation of the brain.
It consists of a chronic and progressive degeneration of certain structures in the extrapyramidal system, a small area of the central nervous system called “the substantia nigra”.
The substantia nigra is a nucleus of nerves, situated on the level of the mesencephalon, which produces dopamine, an inhibitory neurotransmitter, essential for the control of body movements.

DOPAMINE AND MEDICAL CRUTCHES

Thus the role of dopamine is fundamental. When the number of dopamine producing neurons falls 20-30% below the normal level of 500,000, there is a clinical condition.
The presence of a pigment (neuromelamine) in the nerves of the substantia nigra and of the locus ceruleus constitutes an important clue in as much as the pigment is due to dopamine.
The medical system, as usual and as an immutable iron rule, resorts to chemical-pharmaceutical crutches to be applied, let’s be very clear, to the symptoms, and not to the cause of the disease as should be the case. So dopamine-agonist pharmaceuticals are prescribed, which create various collateral disturbances in the stomach, and even hallucinations. Clearly this is the wrong road. A solution which resolves nothing other than creating a temporary suspension of the crisis, while the motivating causes remain intact, in place and even out of the discussion.

STRANGELY NON-SMOKERS AND COUNTRY FOLK ARE HIT THE MOST

Actually it’s not strange that Parkinson’s disease preferably affects non-smokers and those who live in the country. The very word, lethargic encephalitis makes us understand that we are facing a circulatory imbalance, a slowing down of the nutritive-cleansing phase of the blood, which associates preferably with the excessive tranquillity of certain subjects who yes, harbour peace and tranquillity, but at the same time also drastic errors and internal poisoning. Country people who really can enjoy the great advantages offered by uncontaminated, peaceful nature, often end up eating in an even more disgraceful and intoxicating way than that indulged in by miserable citizens surrounded by noise and smog. Of what value are rye fields, rose hip and hawthorn hedges, wetlands with reeds and torrents with waterfalls, if you keep on putting cadaverine and dairy products onto your plate?

IT’S NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT MARLBORO ACCUSES FRESH COUNTRY AIR OF POISONING PEOPLE

Clearly Marlboro and the world’s tobacco sellers couldn’t lose this appetizing occasion to demonstrate that smoking can even be good for our health! But things are not like this. In effect smoking can help, but only temporarily and provisionally, in as much as smoking makes the heart to beat faster and pump more blood, which is the stimulating phase of the nicotine drug. However the smoker is forced to slowly increase the dose to delay the inevitable arrival of the depressing phase of low blood pressure, as happens with all kinds of drug use. In the end they will have the illusory satisfaction of hoping to have temporarily eradicated Parkinson’s, but only because in the meantime they are now dying of lung cancer.

AS WITH THE FALSE SMON PLAGUE, WITH PARKINSON’S TOO A DRUG, MPTP, LEAPS OUT

With Parkinson’s too, they searched desperately for bacteria and viruses everywhere.
With Parkinson’s too, in the past, poor and unfortunate patients were kept in isolation and in infectious hospitals, as they did with lepers, and the victims of the false diseases of scurvy, pellagra and beriberi, only to end up with the plagues of the modern false infective diseases such as Smon (Subacute myelo-optic neuropathy), as Aids, and as the Papilloma virus.
With the Japanese Smon, more than 11 thousand victims of dysentery were brutalized for 10 years, and treated like contagious monsters, often forced into isolation and suicide, until in the end it was discovered that the cause of everything was the pharmaceutical Entero-Via Form, or Clioquinol made by Ciba-Geigy. Also in the case of Parkinson’s, some interesting facts emerge. The discovery that contributed most towards the hypothesis and the toxic solution, was the identification of the pharmaceutical MPTP (mytochondrial permeability transition pore) used in cardiology as IR protection (or as protection from heart failure provoked by ischaemia and reperfusion, i.e. from the phenomenon known as IAP (induced anaesthetic preconditioning). At the end of the 1970’s another basic fact was discovered: it was found that numerous patients who contracted Parkinson’s at a young age, had been consumers of narcotic substances containing MPTP.

ANOTHER INSTRUCTIVE FACT THAT EMERGES WITH PARKINSON’S IS AN EXCESS OF INORGANIC IRON IN THE BRAIN
Another noteworthy fact is that with Parkinson’s the pathological concentration of unutilized iron in the brain, increases. When we are born, this concentration is zero, it gradually grows till we are 30, then it remains stable till we are 60. After 60 it starts growing again in line with the general mineralization typical of later age. The iron is absorbed by the intestine, transported to the brain by a protein called transferrin, and then connected to the protein ferritin it is stored in the glial cells. As long as the iron is connected and imprisoned, it is innocuous, but if it is liberated, it creates free radicals. Those ill with Parkinson’s disease have a notably higher level of free iron than healthy people, writes Stefano Bussolon in his excellent article, The Causes of Parkinson’s, published on line in March, 2009.

DISEASES ARE NOT COMING FROM MYSTERIOUS PLANETS

So here once again we find that diseases don’t come from mysterious far away planets, from the wickedness of evil spirits, from real or invented germs and viruses, but rather from the madness and the most atrocious errors of man and doctors, from the improper use of lethal heart regulating pharmaceuticals, from the inconsiderate use of narcotic substances, from rare steaks with iron-eme which is never metabolized, from vitamin and mineral cures based on inorganic iron and synthetic vitamin C, from rusty water obstinately prescribed by incompetent nutritionists. As I wanted to demonstrate, the attempts of man and of medicine to substitute themselves for the good Lord, to transgress precise and inflexible natural laws and principles, have completely failed. People with Parkinson’s are very normal people like all the others, with some extra oxidized iron and dope residues. Now you’re asking me for a specific diet, for a made to measure formula, tailored for these patients.

ACTUALLY A PARKINSON’S DIET CAN BE IDEAL FOR ANYBODY

Firstly however, let’s get it clearly into our heads that people with Parkinson’s are extremely normal people like everyone else, endowed with a gastro-intestinal system and an immune system, with a fruitarian body and mind, with a fruitarian-alkaline blood like.
The only difference is that they have some extra oxidized iron and poisonous deposits in the brain area. Therefore the ideal diet for them is always the same as it is for everyone else. It is always the human diet per excellence, that of fruit more or less 5 times a day, (in line with the Cambridge2000 experiment), plus 2 meagre, purified main meals in which all cooking is limited to the minimum indispensable. The meals consist of a bowl of raw vegetables, followed by some whole grain cereals or some starchy vegetables (potato-pumpkin) with a small quantity of pulses, and finally a handful of almonds, pine-nuts, hazel nuts or walnuts.

THE NECESSITY OF A PREPARATORY FAST THAT LIBERATES AND PURIFIES

This whole operation must necessarily be preceded by 1-2-3 days of complete fasting (which must be carefully attended to) with the sole intake of as much distilled water as is desired. A perfect, natural diet requires clean fuel, but also a carburettor and an engine in perfect condition; i.e. an intestine free of the miasmas of the putrefactive residues characteristic of the abominable, omnivorous diet which is the propaganda of the plebeian touters of meat-and-dairy. A perfect diet also includes movement (within determined limits for Parkinson’s patients) like simple free gymnastics and Pilates, with a lot of stretching and breathing to the full lung capacity, in the sun and the fresh open air. This talk however is valid for everyone, for the healthy and for the sick, for whoever finally wants to put themselves on the right path.
If someone is badly off, or immobilized in bed, he should reduce the quantities indicated in the nutritional scheme in proportion to the possibility of his calories consumption.

REMOVING THE MPTP AND THE LETHAL CONCENTRATION OF IRON IS ESSENTIAL

We have to remember however that to eliminate the residues of MPTP hidden in the folds of the brain and elsewhere, the only valid remedy is the complete fast, repeated until every drugging residue is completely removed. To eliminate the concentration of iron and relative free radicals deposited in the substantia nigra, the same thing as before is needed, as a total physiological rest, called fasting, and the subsequent adoption of a rigorously fruitarian diet. A diet loaded with organic water, required for avoiding the typical mineralization of old age, where the tissues atrophy and dry out, while inorganic calcium and inorganic iron tend to be distributed in the wrong places, calcifying and siderizing joints and articulations.

A SURPRISING ABD SCANDALOUS SCHEME THAT GOES COMPLETELY UPSTREAM

Dear Max, I already know that, displaying this nutritional table in the department where you work, you will create a scandal amongst the doctors and even the patients, independently from the results produced. Displaying this programme in a hospital, not only in the Parkinson’s department, but in any Italian hospital, will create frustration, incredulity, a sense of guilt, and a desire for revenge against these awful vegans who expect to turn the world upside-down.

CLASHING WITH THE CADAVEROUS FOOD OF ALL HOSPITALS

On the other hand we all know what the standard hospital diet is like. It’s all based on devitalized food, discoloured food, over-cooked food (also due to the omnipresent terror of micro-organisms and external infections) cadaverous food as well as horrible filthy health-busting, patient-liquidating slop. More or less, that’s the real situation. So I warn you that you’re running some risk.

THE PARKINSON’S DIET

Breakfast, 7 am: fresh orange or grapefruit juice, or 3 kiwis, or 3 peaches and an apricot, or a bowl of cherries or strawberries, or slices of melon or watermelon.

2nd breakfast, 9 am: A bowl of oat flakes (porridge) with rice (or other cereal) milk, with a sprinkling of wheat germ, and ground up mixed seeds (like linseed, sesame, poppy, sunflower and pumpkin).

3rd breakfast, 11 am: A bunch of black grapes, to be chewed with the seeds and the skins, or an apple or some pineapple.

Lunch, 12 am

1) A bowl of raw vegetables (lettuce, red lettuce and radishes, or green and red cabbage plus onions, or raw artichokes and fennel, or alfalfa sprouts, cucumber and tomato) accompanied with olives and a slice of whole-wheat bread.
2) A cereal such as black or brown rice, or millet or buckwheat.
3) Potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, Jerusalem artichokes, or peas and green beans or steamed vegetables, or green peppers, courgettes and aubergines.
4) A handful of almonds and pine-nuts, or walnuts and hazelnuts, or pistachios and peanuts.
Afternoon snack, 4 pm: a pear and an apricot, or nectarine and plum.
2nd snack, 6 pm: glass of carrot and celery juice, or carrot and pineapple juice.

Dinner, 8pm: Exactly like the lunch (alternating and changing single ingredients).

THE REAL DISEASE IS NOT THE TREMOR BUT THE ERRORS UPSTREAM

The only thing that can save Parkinson’s patients is a drastic change in diet and behaviour. Everything I have said has to be used with intelligence, some caution and a minimum of flexibility. It has to be adapted to individual possibilities and tastes, however always respecting the basic philosophy which is that of cleaning and nourishing as best possible patients who desire to reverse the pathological trap in which they find themselves. Their real disease is not the tremor and the disorder in their movements. These are the symptoms, and as we saw in the beginning, suppressing them with dopamine-agonist and dopamine-antagonist drugs, as symptomatic medicine does (almost copying diabetes techniques which uselessly try to cure glycaemic swings to the sound of insulin, thus perpetuating the dependence), is simply useless. The real Parkinson’s disease are the errors upstream, those errors which caused iron and drugging substances like MTPT, to accumulate in their brain. And it is only this type of nutritional and natural behavioural scheme that can save them.

NOBODY SHOULD EVER BECOME SICK

Let me spend a couple of words also for you, dear Massimo. You are in excellent health, especially now that you’ve liberated yourself from that ‘draft milk’, which really made me laugh so much. Absolutely you must not become ill, neither with Parkinson’s or anything else.
I advise you therefore to print the scheme even for your own personal use, and to display it in your little kitchen, as one does with a little picture or a calendar. And the same argument goes for the medical and non-medical hospital personnel, as long as the head of the department and his assistant have the humility to reconsider certain prejudices and certain alimentary-cultural misconceptions.

HEALTH SHOULD BE TAKEN NOT IN BITS AND PIECES, BUT AS A WHOLE

This confirms that one should not search for single remedies, nor should one search for single minerals, single vitamins, specific diets and ad hoc remedies. The human body is a complex, integral entity, endowed with instruments of self-regulating and self-healing, when they are given the chance to operate and to express themselves at their best. What we are aspiring to is nothing less than global health, without becoming too fanatical about Parkinson’s and non-Parkinson’s disease. In other words, the dietary scheme that I have just designed is completely universal.
Wishing a healthy appetite and excellent health to all your patients, to you personally, and obviously to all the doctors in your hospital as well.
